Got a flat today and arrived at the Oak St shop shortly before closing. Ron and the folks there were kind and got a new tire on the car efficiently and quickly. They were friendly and totally pro, which is the hallmark of Gary's crew since they were Big O. As I said in the Yelp review, I look forward to more flat tires so i can stop by this excellent store more often:-}
