Had service with Gary yesterday as follow up to recent alignment service concerns. Gary gave me SUPERIOR old school customer service, explaining everything in great detail, showing me with posted visual aids what was going on and then taking me to my car which was raised so that he could further educate me on what was happening under the carriage, including helping me and my old creaky knees with the step down and up. I truly enjoyed his warm, humorous and engaging personality. Maintained great eye contact, speaking in a relaxed way, a pleasant relief from those without gray hair who talk too fast for me to hear, forcing me to ask them to repeat and getting that certain attitude toward seniors - zero eye contact and rush rush rush. With Gary, I felt like I was in 50s in Mayberry!! Needless to say, I will continue taking my car here moving forward. Cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Gary, who also enrolled me into the Rewards Program, which never happened with my prior visits. I highly recommend this location!
Excellent Service
I an excellent experience again here at the Alameda Tire Pro. My wife needed 4 new tire and new brakes front and rear. Ron made it all happen in one day. Thanks for the excellent service.
Oil change done on 2005 Dodge Durango. Job was completed on time without any problems.
I have not had the responsibility of car care for7 years. My son gave me his well kept 18 year old Jeep Cherokee with the stipulation that I get new tires. I was so impressed with this store. The manager Gary was impressive but so we're all of the employees. The customer service was excellent and timely. I was also impressed with the good looking interior waiting room. I could go on and on. Thank you for the BEST experience. I certainly will be back and tell others about my extremely positive experience!
